1. Introduction
This procedure document summarizes the initial registration steps to start obtaining the SDK and related documents, as well as viewing the online manual.
For use, account registration or activation is required for each of the following two services.
- SDK and Document Provision Site: BOX
- Online Manual Site: Zendesk

2. Registration Procedure for SDK and Document Provision Site (BOX)
The SDK and related documents are provided through BOX.
Prior acceptance of the invitation email sent in advance is required to start using it.
2.1 Registration Steps
(1) Please check the invitation email from BOX.
An invitation email will be sent separately from BOX.
After receiving the email, please check its contents. The invitation email will be sent from the following address and subject line.
Email address: noreply@box.com
Subject: DMP●●● is inviting you to collaborate on the "Di1_Product" folder in Box
※ The ●●● part will change each time.
(2) Follow the instructions in the invitation email and accept the invitation.
Please click [Accept Invitation] in the email to accept the invitation to BOX.
※ If you do not have a BOX account, you will need to create one.
When you click to accept the invitation, you will be taken to the account creation screen, so please follow the instructions there to create your account.
※ The actual screen may differ.
(3) Download the SDK
After completing the invitation acceptance, you can log into BOX from the download link provided by the person in charge and download the SDK.
※ When logging in, please select the option indicating you are not affiliated with Digital Media Professionals Inc.
※ Multiple versions of the SDK are stored in the folder. Please use the latest version.
※ The actual screen may differ.
2.2 Notes
- If you do not receive the invitation email, please also check your spam folder.
- Please complete the acceptance procedure using the email address you provided when applying to use the SDK.
- If you have not completed the acceptance of the invitation, you will not be able to view or download the SDK.
3. Registration Procedure for Online Manual Site (Zendesk)
Various usage procedures for Di1 are provided in the online manual on the website.
The manuals covered are as follows.
- Di1 Development Kit Edition
- Di1 EVB Edition
- Software Edition
Please activate your Zendesk account to start using the manuals.
3.1 Registration Steps
(1) Open the URL for password setup.
Please access the password setup URL that has been provided to you.
(2) Enter your email address.
Please enter your own email address.
(3) Check your email.
After entering it, you will receive an email from [mail] with the following subject, so please check it.
Subject
Please activate your account at Digital Media Professionals Inc.
(4) Open the link in the email.
Please click "Activate Account" in the email body.
(5) Set your password.
Follow the instructions on the screen to set your password.
(6) Use the online manual.
After completing the password setup, you can use the online manual.
3.2 Notes
- If you do not receive the email, please also check your spam folder.
- Please complete the acceptance procedure using the email address you provided when applying to use the SDK.
- If the link in the email is invalid, please try the procedure again.
